May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and the D.E.M. Club wants you to remember that Mental Health is Health! This year's theme from the National Alliance on Mental Health is "Take the Moment."
To encourage LRHS to "Take the Moment," this week during lunch the DEM Club will have free cards you can fill out to "Take a Moment" to write an encouraging message to someone who might need to hear it. The club will also be selling lanyard pins for $3 with fun and encouraging messages you can buy for yourself or someone else!
